Monthly parking rates of $99.00 per month (plus tax) may also be requested by
clicking the appropriate link at the end of the application process.

- Please fill out the enrollment form Click Here, to complete all fields requested, print out, sign where indicated and mail to -

- You will receive an Icon / smartcar swipe card in the mail. The card has already been activated.

| Parking |

- You can begin taking advantage of the 50% hourly and daily discounts as soon as you receive your Icon/smartcar swipe card.
- You may shop for a convenient hourly and daily parking on this website. Click on the HOURLY / DAILY navigation bar.
- Enter your Arrival and Departure information and click on the map in an area where you
choose to park. Select the facility that is best for you from the list of garages and print
out your Price & Space Guarantee, with or without a helpful map. There are 175 Icon
facilities in Manhattan. Your price is 50% of the total fee indicated on your Price and Space Guarantee. Bring your print out with you to the garage.
- Monthly parking may begin as soon as an Icon representative has issued you a
reservation number. Click the link at the end of the application if you require monthly
parking in addition to your Icon/smart fortwo discount card.

- To receive a 50% discount off the hourly and daily posted rates, you must:
1. Park a smartcar
2. Present an Icon/smartcar card at checkout – no exceptions, you must have your card.
3. Pay with any valid credit card. Cash payment is not accepted for a discounted rate.
4. Print and sign your name on the Icon/smartcar voucher provided by the garage attendant at checkout.
